House and Senate Approve Faculty Contract,

Governor's Signature Expected Soon! 5/14/13

Please Note:  Once the Governor has signed the contract, MnSCU is planning to implement the new pay provisions of the 2011-2013 IFO/MnSCU Contract with the pay period that ends on 6/4/13.  This means that faculty would be paid back pay amounts on their paycheck dated 6/14/13.  This requires significant work by your local HR office, so please DO NOT contact them with contract questions about your pay until after that date.

The Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) is the collective bargaining representative for faculty in the seven state universities of the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities system. Our purpose is "to promote the welfare of the faculties of the Minnesota State Universities" (MnSCU) and "to improve public higher education through such activities as faculty participation in the governance" of the state universities and MnSCU system.
