Keynote Speaker: Dr. Doug Hall, Vice President of Career and Professional Development, Highpoint University, NC
Dr. Doug Hall comes as a higher educational professional with over 15 years of experience in various capacities that exist in recruitment, retention, training and career development. He’s been in the North Carolina Piedmont Triad area serving in a variety of organizations such as North Carolina A&T State University, Wake Forest University, Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Health Center, and the City of Greensboro. Since being in various work settings, Doug’s journey has led him to High Point University (HPU) where he has been a part of the HPU community for over 10 years. He currently serves as Vice President of Career and Professional Development and instructor in the Nido R. Qubein School of Communication. Doug’s academic training includes an earned PhD in Educational Management from Hampton University (VA), MS in Instructional Technology from North Carolina A&T State University, and a BA in Communication from Indiana University. Finally, Doug serves as a Clifton StrengthsFinder Coach which feeds into his passion of aiding emerging professionals for their personal and career journey.
