About Caucuses

IFO discipline caucuses were developed by faculty to support and organize library faculty, coaches, and counselors. The caucuses add voices to improve the working conditions and encourage higher participation in union membership and leadership.  The caucuses do not require anyone to be elected, and do not require IFO membership.

Caucus meetings are held statewide as well as on each individual campus.
