The IFO is pleased to convene meeting of the Statewide Faculty of Color Caucus on Friday, October 9 from 2-5 pm. The purpose of this group is to support and organize faculty of color statewide, to mobilize our collective voices to improve working conditions for faculty of color at MinnState universities, and to encourage higher participation in union membership and in union leadership by faculty of color in the IFO.

Our meeting will include sharing our experience to continue developing a collective vision and priorities for the group. The agenda will include updates on IFO equity and inclusion work, campus and system responses to BLM uprisings since May, and COVID-19 and equity.
