The IFO is pleased to convene a meeting of the Statewide LGBTQ+ Faculty Caucus on Friday, January 29th from 2-4 pm. The purpose of this group is to support and organize LGBTQ+ faculty statewide, to mobilize our collective voices to improve working conditions for LGBTQ+ faculty at MinnState universities, and to encourage higher participation in union membership and in union leadership by LGBTQ+ faculty in the IFO.

Our meeting will include sharing our experience to continue developing a collective vision and priorities for the group. If you self-identify as LGBTQ+, you are welcome and encouraged to attend.
