IFO/MinnState Salary Study Presented on Campuses Oct. 29-Nov. 1

The IFO is excited to announce that we have received preliminary results from the FY16 Faculty Salary Study. The Study examines the impact of many independent variables on individual faculty members’ compensation. The statistical analysis was performed by consultants from Aon/Hewitt, retained by Minnesota State. The results will be used by the joint, IFO/Minnesota State Salary Review Committee to address salary equity issues over the next five years.

The team from Aon/Hewitt’s salary analytics office, accompanied by IFO and System Office staff, will present their findings on each State university campus the week of Oct. 29. The full schedule is listed below. Presentations will last approximately one hour, followed by an opportunity for faculty members and administrators to ask questions.
