In a few minutes, teachers from St. Paul Public Schools will begin their strike. The IFO stands in solidarity with these dedicated educators as they stand together for additional mental health, multilingual and special education supports and expanding restorative practices to start eliminating the racial disparities in our schools.

We encourage faculty to join the St. Paul Federation of Educators (SPFE) and show support. Strike lines will begin today, March 10, and continue every day at all St. Paul public schools (map) from 7-11 am.

On Tuesday, March 10th, the district-wide action will take place starting at 3 pm at Global Arts Plus Upper located at 810 Palace Ave, St Paul, MN 55102. Each following day, SPFE will lead a district-wide action from 1–3 pm.
