Earlier today, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the hateful executive order from President Trump that bars entry of our Muslim brothers and sisters from select countries. The decision of the Court undermines one of America’s key founding principles of religious freedom. It is intolerance – and intolerable.
We offer our support and we stand with our faculty that will be impacted by this, and the thousands upon thousands of families around the world who will not have the opportunity to come to America in search of the American dream. We are better than this and we will do everything in our power as faculty and community leaders to organize, advocate, and push for change.
