It is with much excitement that I can announce the IFO contract has been ratified by the Legislature and will go into effect. Just a few moments ago, the Minnesota House of Representatives approved the state employee contracts bill (SF3154), including the IFO contract, by a vote of 93-33. The Minnesota Senate passed the identical bill earlier this morning by a vote of 56-10. We will send more details over the next few days/weeks as we get them.
