The IFO is pleased to convene a meeting of its Faculty of Color Caucus on Friday, February 16, 11 am-3 pm at the IFO Office in St. Paul located at 490 Concordia Avenue, Suite 125, Saint Paul, MN 55103 (map).
The purpose of this group is to support and organize faculty of color faculty statewide, to mobilize our collective voices to improve the working conditions for faculty of color at MN State universities, and to encourage higher participation in union membership and in union leadership by faculty of color in the IFO.

The meeting will include sharing experiences to continue developing a collective vision for the group, and business items including planning for the upcoming Delegate Assembly meeting and developing solutions to key problems affecting faculty of color in our system. If you self-identify as faculty of color at a MN State university, you are encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided. For those who are IFO members, mileage will be reimbursed.
