The IFO is pleased to convene the inaugural meeting of its LGBTQ+ Faculty Caucus on Saturday, October 14, 2017, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the IFO office.

The purpose of the caucus is to support and organize LGBTQ+ faculty statewide, to mobilize our collective voices to improve the working conditions for LGBTQ+ faculty at Minnesota State universities, to provide important input to the IFO’s statewide LGBTQ+ Issues Committee, and to encourage higher participation in union membership and in union leadership by LGBTQ+ faculty in the IFO.

Our meeting will include sharing our experiences and developing a collective vision for the group. If you self-identify as LGBTQ+ faculty at a Minnesota State university, you are welcome to attend.
